Donors to The Community Foundation are individuals, families, businesses, and other foundations. We offer a variety of giving options including, but not limited to, The Community Trust —our unrestricted endowment serving Boulder County that leverages gifts of any size—and donor-advised funds—charitable vehicles designed to give donors the experience of a private foundation without the administrative responsibility.
Through donor-advised funds and a number of grant cycles, the Community Foundation connects resources to non-profit organizations in Boulder County and beyond. Groups working in the arts, civic life, education, the environment, and health and human services all benefit from grants, as well as numerous programs designed to build organizational capacity.
The power of philanthropy is in the positive change it creates. We are committed to transformational leadership—the practice of addressing community needs and leveraging resources and strategic partnerships to make a real difference benefiting everyone.
