The Sister Carmen Community Center is an independent, non- sectarian 501 (c) 3. Our mission is to provide emergency assistance to residents of eastern Boulder County who are in need, without discrimination. Programs include emergency food, rent/mortgage assistance, utilities assistance, transportation cost assistance, and school supplies.

Friends is an association of people interested in the work of the Lafayette Public Library. Friends encourages public interest and support for the Library. Friends supports the goals of the Library. Friends raises funds and accepts donations for the benefit of the Library. Friends uses these funds to enrich the services and programs provided by the Library.

To provide extremely high quality performances of significant repertoire that is underrepresented in this region, by professionals with high caliber training and experience. To be a strong creative, contributing and collaborating member of the arts culture in Lafayette. To reach out to various audiences, children and adults, of all backgrounds.

Timberline Symphony Orchestra seeks to provide a quality classical music experience for our players and for our community. Our primary goal is to continue to mature musically, which means playing increasingly varied and challenging repertoire and playing it better. A second goal is to expand support within the community by recruiting more comuunity board members and continuing to attract larger audiences. A third goal is locate or contribute to the creation of an affordable, more permanent venue in which to play.

Intercambio's mission is to build respectful communities and broaden opportunities for immigrants through language education, cultural exchange and friendship. We do this by providing: 1. Extremely low-cost, individualized English classes, taught by volunteers at students' homes, place of work or at public buildings 2. Community resource information and workshops 3. Intercultural social events These activities foster the sharing of languages, cultures and friendship. Our vision is to create a more integrated community, in which all of its members can communicate, contribute and participate.

Meals on Wheels is a volunteer organization whose mission is to deliver hot noon time meals, Monday through Friday, to seniors and shut-ins in the Lafayette, Louisville, Erie and Superior vicinity at the lowest possible cost and the highest level of quality.

Our mission is to promote the visual arts, with emphasis on education and outreach, in East Boulder County. We work to build a strong and diverse arts community while serving the needs of our member artists.

Project YES (Youth Envisioning Social change) provides leadership opportunities for young people through the arts and service learning. Through our Youth Center, Art in the Community, and Lafayette Service-Learning Partnership programs, Project YES empowers young people to not only envision social change, but live it, positively impacting their lives and their communities.
