Since 1986, the OUR Center's mission has been to unify community resources to help people in the St Vrain region meet their individual needs and move toward self-sufficiency. The OUR Center provides several forms of assistance to low-income individuals and families. These include homelessness prevention through financial assistance with rent, utilities, minor medical needs, and transportation. We also provide emergency shelter, clothing, furniture and applicances, hot meals, bargains at our thrift store, emergency groceries, infant childcare, and referrals to other community resources such as hoursing, training and employement.

Promoting the arts is historic downtown Longmont.

The Niwot Timberline Symphony Orchestra seeks to provide a quality classical music experience for our players and for our community. Our primary goal is to continue to mature musically, which means playing increasingly varied and challenging repertoire and playing it better. A second goal is to expand support within the community by recruiting more comuunity board members and continuing to attract larger audiences. A third goal is locate or contribute to the creation of an affordable, more permanent venue in which to play. Devin Patrick Hughes, Director
