Front Range Center for Assault Prevention (FRCAP) exists to reduce the vulnerability of children and adolescents to verbal, physical and sexual assault through the provision of prevention education and advocacy.

The Rocky Mountain Butterfly Consortium, dba the Butterfly Pavilion and Insect Center, exists to foster an appreciation of butterflies and other invertebrates, while educating the public about the need for conservation of threatened habitats in the tropics and around the world.

To assist, promote and strengthen the art of folk dance and other folk arts in Colorado and the nation; To provide space and facilities for recreational dance groups to meet, for performing groups to rehearse, for classes and workshops and for special events; To educate the public as to the significance, both historical and current, of folk art; To encourage support of and publicize and promote folk art activities; To provide for an exchange of information and coordination between existing folk art groups; and To provide services, performances and consultation through programs of interest to the arts community and the community in general.

The goal of SHOUT (Stay Healthy -- Oppose Using Tobacco) is to prevent or reduce tobacco use by youth under 18 years of age in Boulder County. We accomplish this in several innovative ways: a) provide rewards and incentives for youth who choose to be tobacco-free; b) involve youth in key leadership roles; and c) engage merchants who offer discounts to youth. SHOUT is the only youth program in Boulder County dedicated exclusively to tobacco prevention.

Civil Air Patrol has three Congressionally chartered Missions, Aerospace Education, Emergency Services including airborne search and rescue and disaster relief, and our Cadet Program for youth between 6th grade and age 21.

Rainbow Bridge enhances the quality of life for nursing home elders and brings generations together in mutually rewarding relationships by honoring the human spirit and creating life-enriching volunteer opportunities for youth, families, individuals and community organizations.
