Golden West provides low and moderate income elderly persons with safe, affordable housing and services in an environment which is supportive of the residents and the community.

Rainbow Bridge enhances the quality of life for nursing home elders and brings generations together in mutually rewarding relationships by honoring the human spirit and creating life-enriching volunteer opportunities for youth, families, individuals and community organizations.

To assist senior citizens in enhancing their quality of life, enabling them to live a life of respect and honor. This includes but is not limited to operating a senior organization which will plan, organize and facilitate nutrition, education, recreation, socilization, transportation and outreach programs as well as other such services for senior citizens living in the Nederland and surrounding area.

RSVP's mission is to mobilize volunteers aged 55+ to meet community needs and to promote the security, independence and comfort of seniors and adults with disabilities.

<p> The mission of the Aging Services Foundation is to raise and distribute funds for services that promote the health and well-being of older adults and caregiving families. </p>

<p>  Seniors' Resource Center, a non-profit organization, works in partnership with older persons in communities in metro denver and mountainous areas to the west, providing centralized and coordinated service, information, education and leadership. Our board of directors, staff and volunteers are celebrating 30 years of preserving the independence and dignity of older adults through Adult Day and Respite Services, In-Home Care, Transportation, Care Management, referrals to community partners, and Job Training. </p> <p> Each year 12,000 individuals obtain direct services yearly from the organization. Seniors' Resource Center provides services in Adams, Arapahoe, Boulder, Broomfield, Clear Creek, Denver, Douglas, Gilpin, Jefferson and Park counties. </p>

Circle of Care is a nonprofit 501(c)3 Elder Enrichment Program serving senior citizens of Boulder County. We are dedicated to providing free accessibility to cultural, educational and social/civic opportunities for older adults, through increased mobility, advocacy, and access to a high caliber of cultural and academic programming. Special attention is given to those with low to moderate incomes and physical or cognitive challanges. COC is dedicated to ending the plague of social isolation and helplessness for older adults, and creating a aging in community network.
