Expanding Leadership Initiative
Local Resources

The Expanding Leadership Initiative of The Community Foundation recognizes assets and programs in Boulder County that address diversity, inclusiveness, anti-oppression, anti-bias, and anti-racism work. With the Strategies for Ending Oppression Network, we have produced a Local Resources Guide which includes a list of programs projects, trainings, conversations, and efforts in Boulder County which practice inclusivity, diversity, multiculturalism, anti-oppression, anti-bias, and anti-racism principals. This Local Resources Guide is also available in Adobe Portable Document Format (PDF), a more printer-friendly format. You must have Adobe Reader installed on your computer to print this guide. You can download the free Adobe Reader software here.

In addition, ELI has also produced a list of resources for those organizations who are working to make their staff, Boards, and volunteers more inclusive: Resources for Inclusive HR Recruiting.

Should you have a program you would like to be included in this resources guide, please complete the Information Request Form.

Note: This Local Resources Guide (PDF; 80 KB) is also available in Adobe Portable Document Format (PDF), a more printer-friendly format. You must have Adobe Reader installed on your computer to print this guide. You can download the free Adobe Reader software here.
