CLIMB, Colorado Leaders, Interns and Mentors in Business Internship Program

CLIMB, Colorado Leaders, Interns and Mentors in Business, is a joint effort among the alumni associations of Yale, Middlebury, Stanford and MIT. CLIMB's goal is to draw undergraduates from these schools to Denver for summer internships and ultimately, to draw them to Denver after graduation. The cornerstone of the program is to provide high-quality, 8- to 10-week paid summer internships (private, nonprofit, and public). The program offers a wide range of employment opportunities in metro Denver, from companies like Vestar Capital Partners to non-profits like the Denver Museum of Nature and Science.

In addition to summer internships, CLIMB offers three additional components: events, like discussions with Mayor John Hickenlooper and picnics and hikes, paid housing at the Inn at Auraria in downtown Denver and mentors, who are there to help.
