Job Opening at Women's Foundation of CO: Endowment Campaign/Development Manager

The Women’s Foundation of Colorado seeks a dynamic individual to join our team with the dual role of providing management oversight for our upcoming endowment campaign, and assisting in additional development responsibilities as required.  These additional responsibilities include event management, donor database management and donor communications.  This position reports to the Director of Development and the President, and is solely responsible for ensuring that endowment campaign activities are executed per the project timeline in conjunction with the Endowment Campaign Consultant.

• 3+ years of proven fundraising experience
• Outstanding computer skills, including expertise in Raiser’s Edge or similar donor management software
• Proven excellence in oral and written communication skills
• Strong project management and organization skills
• Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks
• Special event planning and meeting coordination experience is a plus
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively with co-workers and all levels of volunteers one-on-one or in a group setting
• Self-motivated and comfortable working with little supervision
• Understanding of foundations and unique fundraising approaches or techniques.
• Sense of humor

Full-time, salaried position.
