Charity Golf Tournament - September 4, 2008 Join us at the 12th Annual Charity Golf Classic to Benefit the OUR Center on Thursday, September 4, 2008. This tournament will again feature your choice of playing at Ute Creek at 8:00 a.m. or Fox Hill at 1:00 p.m. Registration includes all golf fees, cart, snacks on course, and post-tournament meal, plus prizes for 1st, 2nd, 3rd teams. THANK YOU to the many sponsors and players who made the Longmont Ford Charity Golf Classic in September 07 such a success! Over $40,000 was raised for our Basic Needs and Child Care Programs. <p> The Mental Health Center and Foundation Serving Boulder and Broomfield Counties are proud to present the third annual <em>Dandelion Ball ~ Spreading the Seeds of Mental Health. </em>Please join us on September 20, 2008 at the breathtaking Stadium Club at Folsom Field for an evening gala featuring cocktails, silent and live auctions, dinner, sweets, and live music. The second annual <em>Dandelion Ball </em>was incredibly successful, netting over $55,000 for mental health services in our community! All proceeds benefit our 27 programs serving over 11,000 clients and fielding over 25,000 emergency phychiatric calls each year. Mental illnesses often go unnoticed or ignored event though they are more common than cancer, diabetes, and heart disease. We continue to make a difference in the lives of those who have no where else to go. Please help us continue to provide quality mental health services to those in our community with the most need. </p>
