How Your Fees Work at The Community Foundation:
•	Help to build a permanent community resource, which will benefit our community forever.
•	Support work with donors to create an individual or family legacy and fulfill multiple charitable interests.
•	Allow staff to provide personalized service, including assistance, education, and connecting donors with strategic funding opportunities and to provide technical assistance to nonprofits.
•	Enable the Foundation to be a center of expertise about community needs and non-profit groups and provide personalized service and community leadership.
•	Fees stay in the community, where they benefit local organizations through financial and technical support.

* Our Our investment firm, Baydush Simon Weaver, charges the foundation a maximum of 40 basis points annually at the present time. As the funds under management hit certain milestones, that fee will go down. All funds are billed directly on a quarterly basis.
