Social Venture Partners is a new way for business professionals to contribute actively to positive social change in Boulder County by investing expertise, time and money. The partners pool resources and apply a venture capital model to nonprofit enterprises and in the process build working relationships between experienced and passionate people in the business and nonprofit community.

To be eligible to submit a Letter of Inquiry, all prospective investees must attend one of three Prospective Investee Workshops, scheduled.

• December 16, 2009, 9:00-10:00 am: Prospective Investee Workshop, at The Community Foundation, 1123 Spruce St., Boulder
• January 12, 2010, 5:00 pm: Letters of Inquiry Due
