Race in America Book Club

YWCA and Reading to End Racism's Race in America Book Club takes a break from books in June to bring you a viewing and discussion of <em>Boys of Baraka</em>. This documentary follows at-risk youth from Baltimore who participate in an experimental boarding school in Kenya. Shot over the course of three years, this film shows not only the affects of poverty and urban neglect, but how much a little attention can make in the lives of so called at-risk children.
