About the Event:
The key to successful volunteer programs is the ability to delegate tasks to others so that they may complete those tasks successfully, if not spectacularly. The key to successful delegations is breaking down complex projects into tasks that can be completed. Project management is the discipline of organizing projects for success. This seminar blends project management skill with the essential ability to delegate tasks to volunteers or staff.
