The Boulder County Housing Authority's Housing Counseling Program offers a free Homebuyer Education course. This 3 level course will introduce homebuyers to the process of purchasing housing, working with realtors, and affordable housing opportunities. Level 1 takes place during the week and levels 2 &amp; 3 on Saturdays. By taking this course, attendees may become eligible to apply for down payment assistance and affordable home purchase progams.* (*must meet other eligibility requirements for DPA and Affordable Housing Programs. There is no pre-registration, no fee, and Spanish interpretation available upon request, all levels must be taken in sequence and late arrivals may be asked to return.
