2011 Open Door Fund Grants
The Open Door Fund was able to make grants totalling $40,000 to ten nonprofit organizations in 2010. We were pleased to fully fund a number of grant requests, and provide significant funding for many others. Still, the total grants represent less than the funds requested. The grant-making decisions this year by the Open Door Fund advisory committee were based to some extent on the 2010 county-wide LGBT survey that showed a continuing need for more community activities.
