Saturday, August 23rd, on the eve of the Democratic National Convention, AFSC
and the Rocky Mountain Peace and Justice Center are co-sponsoring a benefit
concert: "Rowing Toward Justice on a Murky, Turbulent Sea".
It's an exciting event that will include:

Members of The Denver Slam Team;
David Rovics, incredible, inspiring, internationally known political
singer/songwriter; Elena Klaver, well-known and loved local activist and singer/songwriter; and George Mann, nationally known labor activist and singer/songwriter.

The Concert will be immediately following a free forum titled
"In Search of Values for a New Society", Call RMPJC (303) 444-6981 for tickets. Tickets will also be
available at the door.
