The Community Computer Connection, or C3, a supporting organization of The Jared Polis Foundation, connects corporations, organizations, and individuals wishing to donate used computers to schools, non-profits, and community groups.

C3 provides solutions to technical and logistical demands so that the transition of computer equipment is as efficient and effective as possible (for both donors and recipients). One of C3’'s innovative partnerships this year included Washington Bilingual Elementary School and Coors Brewing Company. Coors donated over 300 computers to be refurbished and redeployed back into the community. Washington Bilingual's "Learn and Earn" program became the proud recipient of the computers in April of 2003.
