This 3 level course will introduce homebuyers to the process of purchasing housing, working with realtors, and affordable housing opportunities. Level 1 takes place during the week and levels 2 &amp;amp; 3 on Saturdays. By taking this course, attendees may become eligible to apply for down payment assistance and affordable home purchase progams.* (*must meet other eligibility requirements for DPA and Affordable Housing Programs.
