Statement of Purpose/Activities:

A confidential, bi-lingual/multi-lingual Hotline for victims and or witnesses to call to report and, if they desire request assistance for, incidents of hate, harassment, discrimination and profiling. In addition to providing immediate assistance and appropriate referrals, the Hotline will be a source of information as to the nature and extent of bias related incidents happening in the Boulder community. The Hotline will serve residents of any age in the Boulder community, regardless of race, ethnicity, national origin, gender identity, sexual orientations, physical ability, or religious preference.
