of Purpose/Activities:
- The multicultural proficient individual and organization
act as agents of change by modeling critical thinking
and processes; encouraging dialogue and exploration
of alternatives; challenging assumptions and beliefs;
conducting culture-based research and disseminating
its results.
- An organization displays multicultural proficiency
by fostering leaders who align process and practice
with purpose.
- The multicultural proficient organization hopes
that by doing the above, others are inspired to partake
in similar efforts and add to the knowledge base of
multicultural competent practice and policy.

Are the meetings open to the public?
Yes, however, the primary purpose of the committee is
to advise the BCAP organization, so those who attend
should come with that focus.
