Statement of Purpose/Activities:

Multicultural Proficiency Training provides students, parents, community members, service providers and polity makers with training on topics such as Dynamics Of Oppression, Multicultural Leadership Development, Conflict Resolution, and more. Workshops are custom-designed to meet the specific needs of each group. Planning meetings with key stakeholders as well as pre-training surveys or interviews are conducted to obtain input for the training design and content.
