Mentoring/Training Opportunities |
At the advisement of the Expanding
Leadership Initiative Advisory Committee, The Community
Foundation will host a quarterly diversity/multicultural
training. The training will be open to non-profit staff,
as space is available. The goal of the training will be
to increase awareness and understanding of diversity,
multiculturalism, and inclusiveness for organizations
and individuals.
The Expanding Leadership Initiative Advisory Committee
will review current mentoring/coaching/training opportunities
in Boulder County. The Committee will then assess where
there may be gaps. The Community Foundation will work
with the Expanding Leadership Initiative Advisory Committee
to develop programs to address these gaps. |
