Expanding Leadership Initiative
Survey and Focus Groups |
The Community Foundation has
contracted with the Community Resource Center to conduct
a baseline study and focus groups to document the current
demographics of Boulder County non-profit organizations.
The study will report on demographics of staff, Board,
clients, and volunteers to determine the participation
and level of engagement with communities of color. The
Expanding Leadership Initiative Baseline Survey will be
disseminated Martin Luther King, Jr., Day, January 15,
2007. Deadline for response will be February 15, 2007.
The focus groups will be conducted from mid-February through
the end of March 2007.
