Chris Hazlitt

Mr. Hazlitt is a Corporate and Emerging Companies law partner with Bryan Cave HRO, in Boulder.  As a transactional lawyer to entrepreneurs and their companies in  the Rocky Mountain region, Mr. Hazlitt works with clients to buy, sell and finance assets and businesses, and raise private capital.  He specializes in negotiating business transactions and resolving boardroom and stockholder conflicts.  He works with technology companies, including new technologies developed by the University of Colorado, software and medical device companies, and companies in health, sustainability and outdoor industries.  Mr. Hazlitt works extensively with the University of Colorado's Technology Transfer Office, the Boulder Innovation Center, the Boulder Economic Council, and The Community Foundation Serving Boulder County.  He holds the highest peer review rating by Martindale-Hubbell, and is listed in Colorado Super Lawyers.
