David Brantz

Mr. Brantz is a partner at the law firm of Kottke & Brantz, LLC.  His practice focuses on estate planning, trust administration, probate, real estate and business law. He graduated from the University of Colorado (CU) School of Law in 2006, and he also received a B.S. in Finance from the CU Leeds School of Business in 2000.

Mr. Brantz belongs to Boulder County Estate Planning Council (BCEPC), the Boulder County Bar Association (BCBA), the Colorado Bar Association (CBA) and the American Bar Association (ABA).  He is an active member of the CBA’s Trust and Estates Section and the BCBA’s Taxation, Estate Planning and Probate Section.

Mr. Brantz serves as Chair of the Legal Committee for The Community Foundation in addition to serving on the Board of Trustees.  In 2010, he completed the inaugural Boulder County Leadership Fellows Program.

Mr. Brantz is a Boulder native and has more than 30 years of experience living and working in Boulder County.  When he is not in the office, Mr. Brantz spends most of his time with his wife, Carly, and their young daughters, Samantha and Carina.
