Jann Oldham
Ms. Oldham has been actively involved in the Boulder community for nearly 30 years. She is the former Housing/Community Development Program Manager for the City of Boulder, where she was responsible for sustaining the city’s human service’s infrastructure and developing over 500 units of permanently affordable housing. Her experience includes administration and management of multifaceted projects that address a wide range of issues: community development, non-profit capacity building, historic preservation, and affordable housing.
Ms. Oldham has served on a number of boards and task forces, including the Metro Denver Homeless Initiative, Community Action Program, and Colorado State Housing Board. She currently serves on the Mile High Community Loan Fund’s Board of Directors, the State of Colorado’s Colorado Growth and Revitalization Fund, the Emergency Family Assistance Association’s Board of Directors, and on the Board of Trustees at The Community Foundation Serving Boulder County.
In 2009, Ms. Oldham established her consulting firm, community by design (cbd). cbd provides capacity building, strategic planning, and housing and community development finance services to underserved communities. Ms. Oldham has also been singing professionally for a number of years. She currently sings with the Hellen Highwater band.
