Upon request, the Community Foundation makes available at least the last three years of tax documents – including IRS Forms 990 and 990-T (if applicable), any requested audit and the foundation’s IRS 501(c)(3) Determination Letter.
If the request for any of these documents is made in person, the requested documents will be provided on the day of the request, if possible. If the request is in writing (including email), copies will be provided within 30 days of the request. The requestor may be charged a reasonable fee for the cost of copying, plus storage. Questions concerning documents should be addressed to either the CEO or Board Chair of the Community Foundation.
