Assata Welles joined the Community Foundation as Development Assistant in July 2022. In this role, she supports the Development team through a variety of donor relations and administrative means. Previously, she has worked for nonprofits such as TGTHR and Al Otro Lado. Assata earned her bachelor’s degree in Interdisciplinary Studies from New York University, Gallatin School of Individualized Study. Presently, she lives in Boulder with her partner and two dogs.
