Caroline Grinnell joined the Community Foundation as Director of Development in April 2023. Caroline has over two decades of experience in the nonprofit sector, with a focus on nonprofit fundraising, event planning and program management. Her passion is advocating for social and criminal justice reform and being a voice for underrepresented communities. Caroline received her Bachelors of Social Work from the University of North Texas. She moved from Texas to Colorado in 2007 and resides in Longmont with her husband, daughter, and animals. When she’s not working you can find her on the trails, drumming, or seeing live music.
