Faith Motter
Faith Motter has 20+ years working in the non-profit sector. Her love for philanthropy began in 2007 in New York City where she co-founded, directed, and financially built an organization, Restore NYC, from the ground up. Today, Restore NYC is one of the leading organizations combatting the trafficking of women in the United States.
Faith has extensive experience driving revenue growth and leading high-performing teams at a variety of nonprofits focused on child abuse, homelessness, human trafficking, and youth development in rural, suburban, and major metropolitan areas. Most recently, she played a critical role in the launch of the lead and major gifts quiet phase of a $25 million capital campaign to build a new facility for women and children experiencing homelessness in Raleigh, NC. Faith received a Bachelor of Social Administration from Temple University and a Master of Social Work from Columbia University. Faith enjoys spending time with her husband and two sons, hiking the many local trails, and reading a good book.
