Affordable Housing Crisis in Boulder

The rising  housing costs in Boulder County have been well-documented and are making it difficult for even the middle class to live here. But for the county’s most vulnerable populations, the lack of affordable housing presents a real crisis. Erika Stutzman, TRENDS director for The Community Foundation Serving Boulder County speaks with OUR Center Executive Edwina Salazar and Emergency Family Assistance Association (EFAA)’s Executive Director Julie Van Domelen as they discuss the issue, and talk about the work their organizations do to keep families in crisis out of homelessness.
