The BRAVO Fund stands for Building Resiliency through Active Voices and Opportunities. The fund seeks to achieve this vision by encouraging interested individuals to pool their charitable dollars.
BRAVO is an endowed fund of The Community Foundation—making it a permanent resource for Latino communities in Boulder County.
The fund will enable the Foundation to make grants to Latino communities in Boulder County, thereby promoting social justice, strengthening opportunities for leadership, and empowering Latinos to give to a fund that will benefit their own communities.
By supporting the BRAVO Fund, you are helping Latino communities to control philanthropic resources for their own community and decide what the priorities are in their own community.
An anonymous donor committed a $12,500 match to BRAVO, so now is a great time to give! It’s like doubling your money. If the match is successfully met, the fund will have a balance of $50,000 and $2,500 to grant out.
You can give online or send a check to 1123 Spruce Street, Boulder 80302. For more information contact Maegan Vallejo at maegan@commfound.org.
