Wow! This weekend was another huge one for the Boulder Mountain Fire Relief Fund. Thanks to everyone who has been a part of this incredible community effort.
A few highlights to get the week started and a gallery of photos below:
KBCO, AEG Live, and all the participating bands can’t be thanked enough for putting on an amazing show Saturday night at the 1st Bank Event Center in Broomfield. People danced until midnight at the Fourmile Canyon Revival. We’re still running numbers and wrapping up pledges today–more on that tomorrow when we’re ready to release the numbers. Check out this story and amazing photo in the Boulder Reporter, by Bob Morehouse.
Another benefit concert happend on October 2nd. Local musicians, Sally VanMeter, Caleb Roberts, Todd Moore, ERic Thorin, Don Ambory, Jesse Burns, Spring Creek, adn KC Groves, joined Ramano Paoletti up at the Wildflower Pavilion in Lyons for a show and silent auction. Planet Bluegrass donated the venue and concert promotion. In total, this talented and caring group of locals raised approximately $6,000 for the Boulder Mt. Fire Relief Fund!
Spectra also walked in the door the other day with a big check to benefit the fund. Thanks to Specra and its employees for contributing $4,300!
