Presenting “Living with Mountain Lions”
(Please share this event information with your friends and neighbors)
Local wildlife officials from the Colorado Division of Wildlife (DOW) and Boulder Open Space and Mountain Parks (OSMP) will share a power-point presentation about lion biology, behavior, and how to minimize conflicts. Following the presentation there will be ample time for officials to answer any of your questions and to respond to your concerns. You’ll come away from the event having a better understanding of why they do what they do. This event is intended to PRO-ACTIVELY prevent incidents such as pets being taken and to educate you on what to do in the event of an encounter with a lion.
