Anyone who has ever cycled or taken a scenic drive out Neva Road north of Boulder knows that THE highlight of that piece of country is checking out the Llamas on Bobra Goldsmith’s farm.
I had the distinct priviledge about five years ago of visiting with Bobra and touring her llama farm, when I was a reporter for the Daily Camera. Bobra is a class act, and truly loves life and those animals.
So it was particularly sad for me to hear that Bobra’s house went up in flames earlier this month when hundreds of acres north of town caught fire.
Thankfully, her friends are rallying around her, and now there’s something we all can do.
The public is invited to attend a benefit for Bobra, Feb. 19 from 5 to 7 p.m., at Villas at The Atrium, 3350 30th St.
Please come to the benefit, and see below for a list of items that Bobra says she needs.
Thanks,
