Request for Proposals: Community Trust

The Community Trust inspires ideas and ignites action around both current and future needs countywide. Together, we address pressing issues across funding areas – including animals and the environment, arts and culture, basic needs, children and youth, civic engagement, education, and health and human services.

Every fall, more than 60 Boulder County residents volunteer their time to review proposals from local nonprofit organizations, make site visits and recommend grants during a competitive application process. Foundation staff manage the review process, facilitate committee meetings and present the committees’ grant recommendations to The Community Foundation’s Board of Trustees.

While there is no upper funding limit, the Community Trust Fund typically awards individual grants between $1K-$9K.

Learn more and submit your proposal. Deadline is Monday, September 12, 2016.
