Workshop, November 18: "Inclusive Leadership for Nonprofits: Stories from the Frontlines"

Please join us for the first in an exciting series of virtual trainings crafted for nonprofit leaders about inclusive leadership. The series will help executive directors, leaders, and trustees gain a deeper understanding of inclusive leadership, learn concrete strategies to implement within their organizations, and network with non-profit leaders across Boulder County.

The event will begin with a keynote by Nita Mosby Tyler with a panel to follow featuring respected Boulder County leaders.

Dr. Nita Mosby Tyler is the Chief Catalyst and Founder of The Equity Project, LLC – an organization designed to support organizations and communities in building diversity, equity and inclusion strategies, and a highly respected speaker and trainer on issues related to diversity, equity, and inclusion. theequityprojectllc

  • Nikhil Mankekar: Past Chair-City of Boulder Human Relations Commission; Director, Boulder Chamber

  • Glenda Robinson: Small Business Owner and Ordained Minister
  • Pete Salas: Chair, The Latino Chamber of Commerce of Boulder County

The Panel will be moderated by Nadia Ali, Founder and CEO of Idea Labs, a woman-led, mission-driven consulting firm advancing diversity, equity and inclusion in the workplace through training, leadership coaching and organizational strategy.

Alums from the Boulder County Leadership Fellows program have created this event as well as the topics to be covered in the rest of the series. Those will include:
