About Leadership Fellows Boulder County
Leadership Fellows Boulder County is designed for mid-level professionals who live and/or work in Boulder County. The program fosters an inclusive, equitable, and engaging environment where Fellows commit to transforming themselves and their cohort as leaders.
Program Information
Each year, the program selects 25-30 diverse, emerging, and transformational leaders from across all sectors, industries, and regions of the county.
Fellows gain a broad understanding of the topics, challenges, and solutions that are vital to the success of our communities. The program provides guidance and tools to build professional networks and prepare participants for leadership roles within Boulder County and beyond.
Topics covered over the course of the program include inclusive leadership, board governance, arts & culture, K-12 education, economic vitality, environment & transportation, and local government.
Applications for the 2027 Leadership Fellows Boulder County Cohort will be open now through Wednesday, September 30, 2026.
