About the One Lafayette Fund
Founded in 2008, the One Lafayette Fund was created by the City of Lafayette to support organizations providing important services to the people of Lafayette. In December of 2024, the City of Lafayette entrusted the community foundation with the responsibility of distributing One Lafayette Fund grants through the foundation’s Community Trust grantmaking process. The city of Lafayette has partnered with the community foundation to house the One Lafayette Fund since its inception.
Fund Information
The One Lafayette Fund’s purpose is to support nonprofits providing social, cultural, health or wellness, youth, older adults, or educational services to people in Lafayette. The One Lafayette Fund grantmaking process runs through the foundation’s countywide Community Trust grantmaking process. Each year, Lafayette-serving community partners who apply to Community Trust will be considered for funding from Community Trust and from the One Lafayette Fund.
