Scott Beard is a private client attorney with over thirty years of experience in trust and estate planning/administration, closely held business, business succession, and charitable giving legal services. Scott obtained his LLM in Taxation from New York University School of Law and earned his undergraduate and law degrees from the University of Alabama. He is an alumnus of the CFBC Leadership Fellows Program and a “nerdy consumer” of the community foundation’s TRENDS data. Scott lives in Hygiene, Colorado where he gardens, hikes, volunteers, and enjoys life with his husband.
