Steve has been a Regional Director with Halbert Hargrove since 2003. He serves as a fee only fiduciary advisor to a wide range of individual clients, including a family office and their two foundations, as well as entrepreneurs and executives.
Steve was recently selected to serve on the Community Foundation Boulder County Board and serves on the Investment Committee. Steve also has significant institutional experience. Steve is a long-standing member of the Investment Committee for the American Lung Association. Previously, Steve was on the Board of San Diego Foundation for nine years, including a two-year term as Chair. Steve also chaired and served on SDF’s Investment Committee that was responsible for the management of approximately $1.6 billion. Steve served on UCLA Foundation Board, including a two-year term as Chair, and was a founding board member of the UCLA Investment Company that oversees the investment of UCLA’s multi-billion dollar endowment.
An Academic All-American and Honorable Mention All-American football player at UCLA, Steve graduated with honors and earned an MBA from Stanford University, and has the ACCREDITED INVESTMENT FIDUCIARY™ (AIF) designation from the University of Pittsburgh-affiliated Center for Fiduciary Studies.
