Help Us Make Grants

We welcome community volunteers to help us identify where funding is most needed – because together, we accomplish more to ignite positive action and improve the quality of life in Boulder County.

The Community Trust inspires solutions to hundreds of pressing issues across funding areas – including health and human services, education, civic engagement, arts and culture, and animals and the environment. Every fall, nearly 70 Boulder County residents volunteer their time to review proposals from nonprofit organizations working in these areas.

Together, we’re taking care of our community – today and always.

By the numbers

  • 50: Hours spent by each volunteer to review grant proposals and make site visits
  • 3,750: Total volunteer hours per year
