Caroline Grinnell joined the Community Foundation as Director of Development in April 2023. Caroline has over two decades of experience in the nonprofit sector, with a focus on nonprofit fundraising, event planning and program management. Her passion is advocating for social and criminal justice reform and being a voice for underrepresented communities. Caroline received her Bachelors of Social Work from the University of North Texas. She moved from Texas to Colorado in 2007 and resides in Longmont.
