Luisa Wassung serves as the Operations & Communications Associate at Community Foundation Boulder County, where she supports the foundation’s internal operations, communications, and organizational initiatives.
With more than 15 years of experience spanning operations, communications, marketing, and administrative leadership, Luisa has built her career around bringing people, ideas, and systems together. She brings a creative and people-centered approach to her work, with a passion for her storytelling, building relationships, and creating meaningful connections within the community.
Originally from the Kansas City area, Luisa has called Colorado home since 2016 and has developed a deep appreciation for the people, culture, and communities that make the state unique.
Outside of work, Luisa is a writer and podcast host who enjoys storytelling, music, travel, exploring Colorado, and spending time with her family.
