This year’s Leadership Fellows cohort completes their 11-month program, joining hundreds of Leadership Fellow Boulder County Alumni across the county working to lead our community in the years to come.
For nearly 15 years, Leadership Fellows Boulder County has fostered emerging and inclusive leaders in our community, empowering them to embrace leadership roles while providing them with the opportunity to grow their knowledge, build their networks, and access resources that will prepare them for leadership roles in our community.
Each year, 20-30 community members are selected through an application process to learn about the Boulder County community, and how they can use their leadership skills to affect positive change. During in-depth sessions with community leaders and organizations, the cohort digs deep into topics like local government, arts and culture, housing and transportation, basic needs, environment, economic vitality, health, and education. Each session focuses on a different topic, with the goal of giving fellows an understanding of the individual facets that make a strong community.
Earlier this month, our 2023–2024 fellows officially graduated from the Leadership Fellows program, making this the 14th cohort of leaders to complete the program. The 23 newly graduated leaders join over 300 program alumni that are bringing their passion, knowledge, and inclusive leadership skills to companies, organizations, and governments in Boulder County and beyond.
Join us in congratulating the 2023–2024 Leadership Fellows Boulder County graduates!
