The 2026 Leadership Fellows Boulder County cohort has officially begun their nine-month journey, and we couldn’t be more excited.
Each year, 25–30 emerging and transformational leaders from across Boulder County are selected to participate in this immersive program. Representing diverse sectors, industries, and communities, this cohort is united by a shared commitment to learning, connection, and leading with purpose.
Over the next nine months, Fellows will dive into the issues shaping Boulder County today and tomorrow. Fellows will gain a broader understanding of the challenges and opportunities facing our region—and the role they can play in creating solutions. The program explores a wide range of topics, including inclusive leadership, board governance, arts and culture, K–12 education, economic vitality, environment and transportation, and local government.
Leadership Fellows Boulder County is more than a professional development program; it’s a space to reflect, build relationships, and grow as a leader alongside peers who care about this community.
