As part of the 11th Annual Boulder Startup Week – online only, May 11-15 – our own Matt Zwiebel, who directs the Community Foundation’s Pledge 1% Colorado initiative, will take part in a conversation about what each of us can do to better integrate diversity, equity, and inclusion into Colorado’s startup and business communities.
According to Matt, “As our world grapples with the lasting effects of the COVID-19 pandemic, many throughout our communities are promoting efforts to support the most vulnerable.

We asked our friend and mentor, Nita Mosby-Tyler – one of Colorado’s leaders in the DEI space – ‘How do we set a new ‘North Star’ within our ecosystem that is more welcoming/inclusive/better than before?’”
