About the Resilience Fund
In the spring of 2025, Community Foundation Boulder County asked local nonprofits a simple but important question: “How prepared are you to face what’s next?” Their responses painted a clear picture. Many organizations were stretched thin, needing not only financial resources but also access to training and education to strengthen leadership, staff, and boards. In response to these findings, the foundation launched the Resilience Fund to support nonprofits in building the skills and stability they need to thrive, no matter what challenges lie ahead.

Fund Information
The Resilience Fund supports nonprofits serving the Boulder County community with education, technical assistance, and financial support. By providing access to training, resources, and collaboration opportunities, the foundation helps nonprofits build long-term stability and support a vibrant, equitable community.
