The 2025 Leadership Fellows cohort has begun their nine-month journey of personal growth, professional development, and networking.
Each year, the Leadership Fellows program selects 25-30 diverse, emerging, and transformational leaders from across all sectors, industries, and regions of the county. Fellows gain a broad understanding of the issues, challenges, and solutions that are vital to the success of our communities. The program provides guidance and tools to build professional networks and prepare participants for leadership roles within Boulder County and beyond. Over the course of the program, fellows explore topics including inclusive leadership, board governance, arts & culture, K-12 education, economic vitality, environment & transportation, and local government.
Join us in congratulating our 2025 cohort and wishing them the best as they set the stage for an inspiring year ahead!
